The Soundabout has been selected for the Rob Acda Awards and tonight we will show that our live shows are even been than the recordings!
The Rob Acda Award is a band competition in Haarlem that has been running for 16 years. Well-known previous winners are The Sheer, Stuurbaard Bakkebaard, Funkabilities and K-Oz Collective. The prizes are shows at big festivals such as Bevrijdingspop 2011.
This evening 6 bands play for the finals on april 8th 2011, where The Soundabout would love to play a crazy show and win. So come to Haarlem and support your local reggae/funk/rap/skaband!
The bands playing tonight are Tales of Dead Men, The Breakfast Club, Spottswoode, The Red 17, Mondegreen and of course The Soundabout. The order in which the bands play will be announched onthe night itself, so be there in time!
